Retail and e-commerce
The whole network working as one inventory.
For Samsung's official distributor in Colombia, more than 30 points of sale had scattered stock: what ran out in one city was left over in another.
What this sector demands
- 1
Inventory lies if it is not real time
Selling what no longer exists costs more than not selling it. Stock is queried, not assumed.
- 2
Delivery is part of the product
Picking the wrong source store adds days. The real distance to the customer goes into the decision.
- 3
Peaks give no warning
A launch or a Black Friday multiplies traffic. The platform is sized for that from day one.
What we built
For Samsung's official distributor in Colombia, more than 30 points of sale had scattered stock: what ran out in one city was left over in another.
We built an algorithm that matches each store's stock against the real distance to the customer, picks the best store and generates the shipping label. Deliveries now take 24 hours at most.
